North Mason School District's Raymond Bonnell was awarded Athletic Director of the Year by Olympic League.
The committee nominated Ray for his passionate work ethic for the student-athletes at North Mason HS and inside the Olympic League.
Dwayne Johnson, Port Angeles Athletic Director supported the nomination for Ray, sharing, "He steps up when we need to host post-season events for the West Central District and has courteously raised the bar for our team of AD’s! A true model of efficiency and professionalism as an athletic director. He is a valued member of the WCD III eligibility committee."
In typical Ray fashion, when receiving the award he humbly replied, "Thanks y’all. I’ll try and represent the league as best I can."
